Developer meeting, new site and new documentation

📅 Developer meeting

LSC core team had a meeting in Lyon in october, hosted by Worteks. The main goal was to review all issues and sort them to build 2.2 milestone.

We are now working fix all of them and hope to issue 2.2 before the end of the year.

🌍 New website

We worked on a new website with static pages for global information like the download links, contact and team.

📄 New documentation

We killed the old wiki and migrate all documentation to Sphinx.

The new documentation is available on our new website and on Read The Docs.
