LemonLDAP::NG 1.9.17 is out!

This is a minor release for LemonLDAP::NG 1.9 with some bugfixes and enhancements:

• [CAS] Fix attributes encoding
• [SAML] Fix certificate syntax checkin
• [OpenID Connect] Remove kid in JWT header for HS* signatures
• [Choice] Possibility to configure conditions to display tabs
