LemonLDAP::NG 1.9.14 is out!

This is a minor release for LemonLDAP::NG 1.9 with some bugfixes and enhancements:

• New Kerberos authentication module
• Fix form replay javascript
• [SAML] Support of Office365
• [SAML] SessionIndex is no more mandatory in GET/POST SLO
• Fix UTF-8 in sent HTTP headers
