LemonLDAP::NG 1.9.11 is out!

This is a minor release for LemonLDAP::NG 1.9 with some bugfixes and enhancements:

• [SAML] Change SessionIndex syntax
• Add Salt for DBI backend
• Add LinkedIn authentication module
• Fix SOAP configuration backend
• Fix Proxy authentication module
