LemonLDAP::NG 1.9.7 is out!

This is a minor release for LemonLDAP::NG 1.9 with some bugfixes and enhancements:

• Use a token for cross-domain authentication
• Custom Handler with Nginx
• Support Basic authentication for reload URLs
• [SAML] Force NameID Policy for IDP initiated SSP
• [SAML] Change check method on signatures
• [OpenID Connect] Fix base64 encoding in JWKS
• [OpenID Connect] Fix oidcRPMetaDataOptionsExtraClaims configuration in Manager
• [OpenID Connect] Allow access tokens to be gathered as parameters
• [OpenID Connect] Fix return codes for JSON errors
