LemonLDAP::NG

LemonLDAP::NG is a modular WebSSO (Single Sign On) implementing CAS, SAML and OpenID Connect protocols

LemonLDAP::NG offers a full AAA (Authentication Authorization Accounting) protection:

Authentication: credentials are needed to open SSO session
Authorization: access rules are checked for every HTTP requests or for each service access
Accounting: each access is logged

LemonLDAP::NG is the 2006 fork of the earlier LemonLDAP system. Today it is a fully developed and stable system for implementing SSO in corporate information systems. It is registered in the official catalog of recommended free software for the French public sector. On-going development is provided by French Gendarmerie Nationale, one of its early users, and Worteks, an SME which also provides consulting and professional support. The company claims some 30 commercial customers including Ministries, large cities and companies (such as Lille and Orange) banks and insurance companies and reports deployments in several countries. LemonLDAP::NG faces open source competition from Red Hat to which it is the only mature alternative.
